Deeksha Camp
The DEEKSHA CAMP the temporary quarters with religious observance, is organised at our school for the students of X standard to teach them the traits of adaptability, teamspirit, cooperation and tolerance in order to face the challenges of life. In this two day camp, the students could think alike, express their views, engage themselves in intensive thinking and experience a different atmosphere under one roof. They are involved in activities like village survey, temple cleaning, cultural quiz, Chakkriya and shramdhan.

Gist of the Speech : follow the principles of Swami Vivekananda. The mantra “I can, I must, I will” to face challenge in life was suggested.

Students were taken to Chendrambakkam village. They were divided into 21 teams named after our Indian Historical Women Leaders. They were engaged in various activities
- FREE EYE CHECK UP : Organized with the help of the Village Counseller.
- TREE PLANTATION : Nearly 270 saplings were planted.
- VILAKKU POOJA : 40 lady parents took part with full devotion.

Gist of the Speech : “Implementation of Values in Society’. He advised students to set a goal in life.
